The attendee lanyards are co-branded with NAHQ. They are distributed to all attendees when they receive their badges upon checking in at registration. Fee includes lanyard, production, and shipping.

Charging Station/Lounge
Grab the attention of attendees and provide a great service!
A Charging Station offers a convenient area for attendees to charge their devices. Each station contains 4 individual charging sides with cabling or USB power which correspond to mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and prominently located in a high-traffic area.

Digital/Video Message
See your company on the big screen. Promote your company, solution center exhibit booth location, new technology or quality offering through a 1-minute video message/clip that will run in a high traffic area for the duration of the conference. Video messages will run, on rotation with other companies, throughtout the conference.

Hotel Key Cards
Custom hotel key cards for both official NAHQ Next conference hotels can be printed with your company’s logo.
Hotel key cards will be distributed to all attendees staying at the two official conference hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key. Price includes single-sided production.

Window Clings
Feature your company and display your brand message prominently on a window cling in a high traffic area in the convention center. All attendees pass this space to get to and from the general session, meeting rooms, and the Solutions Center on the lower level. Window clings are based upon the square footage of your message. Price includes production, installation, and removal.
