Healthcare Quality (HQ) Showcase is the perfect opportunity to highlight your company! This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Engage your target audience through a 30 minute talk, demonstration, or video through an HQ Showcase.
Each showcase setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 50 with additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Showcase Theater and in the conference Mobile App, plus a verbal announcement in the Exhibit Hall prior to the start.
*Timeslots will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to change. An exhibit booth agreement is required to be able to sponsor an HQ Showcase.
