Don't miss this limited opportunity! Room drops are a great way to customize a message to attendees to feature a new product or to remind attendees to visit your booth or showcase presentation. Room drops will be distributed on Sunday evening to all attendees staying at the two official conference hotels, providing exposure past the exhibit hall. You are responsible for providing the room drop piece (printing and mailing) to NAHQ. Please plan to provide about 1,000 copies to NAHQ; a final number can be discussed as we get closer to conference. NAHQ will coordinate distribution onsite. Preapproval of your promotional piece and payment are required. Price includes labor to deliver the room drop.
