Gourmet Coffee Break

Help get the attendees up and ready to go for a full day of learning and networking! Coffee Break sponsorship will include coffee, decaf, hot tea and hot chocolate during one breakfast in the Solutions Center Exhibit Floor.  Sponsorship also includes custom coffee sleeves with company logo.  Recognition includes NAHQ Mobile App, program book and onsite signage.  
Sponsorship = $5,000
Option to add on Gourmet Coffee Bar Condiments.  In addition to the above, the coffee bar would include: 
  • Whipped Cream, Shaved Chocolate, Cinnamon Sticks, Lemon Twists, Rock Candy Swizzles, Sugar in the Raw
  • Whole Milk, Lemon Wedges
  • Flavored Syrups including Vanilla, Hazelnut & Irish Cream

Opening Reception Drink Tickets

Drink tickets will be available for you to provide to your preferred meeting attendees for the Opening Reception. Tickets can be used during the evening reception on Wednesday, September 16 in the Exhibit Hall. Tickets available in sets of 10.

Scavenger Hunt Q&A

NAHQ is excited to off the 2nd Annual Scavenger Hunt.  Back by popular demand, the game facilitates engagement at NAHQ NEXT by driving traffic to your booth. In this “Q&A” version, players earn points to win prizes by correctly answering questions supplied by Exhibitors.

Participating Exhibitors will be promoted via onsite signage and included in NAHQ's Digital Marketing Campaign (online and Mobile App).


How it Works:

Participating Exhibitors will outline a question about their brand that they’d like players to “hunt” for and engage booth staff to secure the answer. These questions will be listed ongame card for player interaction at each participating booth. Once the player successfully answers the question, the exhibit staff will verify their game card. Completed cards will be dropped in the raffle drum located in the Professional Development Zone on the show floor. This “Hunt” is limited to Attendees only, no NAHQ staff, Vendor Partner of NAHQ, Exhibitor, or Exhibiting Company may qualify to win. Prize drawing will occur on last day on the Solution Center hall floor and winners must be present to win prizes.

To participate in the Scavenger Hunt Game, please take the following guidelines into consideration:

  1. Participation is open to Exhibiting Companies only.
  2. A limit of ONE question per Exhibiting Company will be accepted.
  3. Questions are limited to 20 words or less.
  4. Exhibitors are not eligible to win prizes.
  5. The participation fee is $350.
  6. Limited availability - first come, first serve.
